I attended the BITSAA Pune Chapter Meeting on Feb 1 2009 at IUCAA Pune. The meeting began with the inspiring speeches of our great alumni ranging from entrepreneurs to industrialists. Then we saw the landscape in IUCAA which included statues of 4 great people viz. Aryabhatta, Issac Newton, Albert Einstein and Galilio and the Black Holes and stars made from trees and flowers.
After the fun of scenic beauty, we went to the lecture hall where the Master of Junkyard, Mr. Arvind Gupta showed his models full of Creativity and Scientific reality. The experiments proved to be an eye opener for me and all my friends. Then we had sessions on Astronomy by Mr. Rama and a Data Center guy who described about the astronomical future of Astronomy. We enjoyed all the sessions and returned home happily.
